It has taken me awhile to realize what I could do to reduce waste and help our planet.
In my years of teaching, quilting and making fibre art I have saved a lot of scraps. Buckets full.These materials are lovely and need to be seen , so I started to make new fabric with all of my bits. The process is quite exciting as you never know what may evolve.
Now what to make with this fabric.

One of the fun items I make from this fabric is a reusable book cover. I am such a book junkie. Every January I like to buy a new book to scribble in my personal stuff.
